Overview

Meditation is a wonderful way to leave the busyness of the external world and to take a few minutes to go inward. There are so many ways to practice meditation - some with or without sound, and with eyes closed and sometimes open. Some are focused to work on different intentions and incorporate visualization. Whether you're new to meditation or if you're a seasoned meditator, I welcome you here to practice together. If you're new with me, please know that I only have one rule in every class and program I teach - No one ever gets to be wrong. So please know, you can do no wrong here. 

I invite you to join me for 40+ powerful days of releasing clutter and cultivating a mental and energetic environment where ideas effortlessly flow - a relaxed and inspired state of possibility and potentiality. Athletes call this state as being "in the zone." Through a daily practice of 2 short and active meditations from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, as well as a daily decluttering practice, we'll release blocks and obstacles in the way of what you truly want to create and have and open up to more spaciousness to receive, manifest, and feel more free to take meaningful actions with ease.

• 6 timed and guided video meditations to practice along daily - one video for each week of the program

FAQ

What if I have never meditated before?

That's perfect. You can be a total newbie or a seasoned meditator, and it wouldn't make a difference. There is no wrong way to practice and the two meditations that we will practice together is easy to learn and they are both powerful to generate a flow of creative ideas and to relax and soothe the nerves and mind. 

How much decluttering are we going to be doing during the program?

I named the program, With Ease, because I wanted to make sure that we bring ease into everything we do. Ease is a gift to our nervous system. Decluttering can get overwhelming and as such, we will be letting go of just one item each day. You can put the item into a bag and when it's full, you can choose to donate it to Goodwill, give some of the items away to friends who might want them, or throw them away. It's up to you. If you feel like letting go of more than one item a day, please feel free to. Just one item allows the practice to be much easier.

What if I joined in the middle of the live group practice?

Join in at any time and begin your practice from Day 1. Start your meditation practice from Day 1. If the group is on Day 20, and you've just started, start at Day 1 and go from there. Please don't jump to Day 20 just because the group is there. However, join in on the live Zoom sessions whenever you can (they're also recorded so you can enjoy them at any time) and take part in the discussions in the private Facebook group and share your decluttered items, insights and experiences. There's no need to rush any of this. Take your time and give yourself the gift of a full 40-day practice at your own pace.

What if I missed a day of the meditation practice?

I like to think in terms of food. Imagine marinating something in a Ziploc bag for 40 days. Chances are, flavors will be quite sealed in by Day 40. If you think of the meditation practice as a marinade, and rather it be spices and herbs as seasonings, you are marinating your cells and nerves in a bath of intention, emotion, and imagery. Those frequencies come together to create a resonance that's deeper and more powerful than the sum of its parts. 

When we miss a day of practice, it's like the Ziploc bag somehow opened, leaked and all the flavors dissipated. I would recommend then,  starting your practice over from Day 1 all the way through 40. Yes, even if you're on Day 38 and you forgot to practice that day. Instead of going onto Day 39, go back to Day 1 and re-marinate yourself through a full 40-day marinating experience. That has happened to me before and I re-started the meditation practice and it truly is a gift to give yourself a full 40-day experience. We have all the time in the world. It's no big deal and there's no need to be hard on yourself. Just restart and re-marinate and watch the magic and goodness happen.
